For the summer of 2022 we have on board three award winning young pianists with a passion for the Blues and Boogie Woogie! Britain’s Tom Seals, Luca Sestak from Germany, and Lluís Coloma from Spain.

Tom’s virtuoso soloing, excellent improvisation skills and distinctive voice have left top industry officials hailing him as the UK’s finest boogie woogie and blues pianist/vocalist.
There is so much to say about Tom it’s hard to know where to begin. Still in his mid-twenties, he has already performed with the like of Jools Holland , Jamie Cullum, Gregory Porter and Dame Cleo Lane, at venues including Ronnie Scott’s in London and the Birdland Jazz Club in New York - where he will be performing once again after his weekend with us. His debut EP, Where I’m At (Live) (2017) soared to Number 1 in the UK Blues charts.

Twenty five year old Lucas Sestak is a true rising star of European jazz. After a classical training, he turned his prodigious talent and energy to Boogie Woogie, and ever since has been honing his own brilliant mix of jazz, blues and rock’n’roll. With numerous awards and millions of views on the Internet, he has played at music festivals throughout Europe and the world, from San Francisco to Tokyo, where he has enchanted his audiences with his enthusiasm and breathtaking piano playing. He also writes and sells his own music and was recently contracted with Sony Music.
Born in Barcelona (1973), Lluís is one of the most demanded pianists in the spanish Blues scene. Influenced from early age by records of Jerry Lee Lewis, Roosevelt Sykes and Alan Price, Lluís little by little moves away from the classical piano studies to dedicate himself, in a self-taught way, exclusively to Rock & Roll. He shows very soon a surprising ability for Blues and Boogie Woogie. Lluís has given numerous master classes on the history of Blues and Boogie Woogie piano, and is often invited to perform at European Blues & Boogie Woogie piano festivals where he stands out for his originality and powerful performances. Lluís is fully involved as artistic director in Barcelona Blues Festival and, with Barcelona Blues Society organizing the Boogie Woogie Jubilee in Barcelona.
