To use the transfer service to the retreat venue, please arrange your arrival at Bergerac Airport or Angoulême Train Station at the designated collection times. These will be confirmed when the balance payment for your workshop is due. Transfers usually take place on the first afternoon and final morning of the retreat and collection from these points in France is not included in the price of the workshop.

Because of ongoing disruptions to international travel schedules, we strongly recommend allowing extra time for long-distance journeys. Guests travelling from outside Europe are advised to arrive in France at least one day before the retreat begins to reduce the risk of delays, recover from travel fatigue, and adjust to the time zone.

Please do not book flights or train tickets until the retreat is confirmed and your participation fee has been processed.
