We’ll send you information by email or post about our products, services and events.

We’ll do our very best to prevent and detect fraud against either you or us – unfortunate, but absolutely essential - so you can see our latest events, news and occasional items to buy, but also to find out what you, and other customers, like.

YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION:

We use only PayPal (with its own high security) and bank transfers; our details will be provided upon request, and yours will be destroyed after payment.

We use your payment information only to process payments and issue refunds.

What you have paid for and what credit we may be holding for you. 

YOUR RESPONSES TO OUR SURVEYS AND COMPETITIONS:

We will use your responses to our occasional surveys, competitions and promotions to run the survey, competition or promotion (we have to do this to perform our contract with you — if we can’t use your entry, you can’t possibly win!).

You don’t have to give us any personal information, but if you don’t, you may not be able to book on the site, and you are unlikely to receive our optimal overall customer experience. But that is your choice – and we respect that.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION:

We do not, and will not, sell or give any of your personal data to any third party – including your name, address, email address or credit card information. We want to earn and maintain your trust, and we believe this is absolutely essential.

NEWS EMAILS:

If you have said we can, we’ll send you marketing messages by email to keep you aware of new events and items for sale.

You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email or by contacting us at dataprotection@lessoeursanglaises.com.

Once you do this, we will update your profile to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages. However, we’ll retain your information until you unsubscribe from our mailing list and request its removal.

If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may retain some of your information, even after you have ceased to receive our mailing list.
