Woven and Sewn Sculpture
days
Workshop overview
Passion, energy and nature seem to be the hallmarks of the work of consummate artist, teacher and sculptor, Julieann Worral Hood. Over the five days of her first workshop with us she will demonstrate her individual creative process and weaving techniques.
Using the flora and fauna of the magnificent surrounding landscape of south west France, together with found objects, wire and willow she will teach participants the skills necessary to produce small, inspirational, woven willow and wire sculptures. It is expected that each participant will take home at least one example that they have made.
