Terms & Conditions
- For confirmation of booking we require a deposit of £150 - money transfer or cheque, the full balance being payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. Notice of cancellation must be given at least four weeks prior to the start of the course in which case the deposit will be forfeit but may be used against the cost of future courses.
- Transfer to another workshop: Your request must be received at least six weeks before the start of the course on which you are booked. You may transfer your booking to an alternative published course, providing there is a place available for which a clerical fee of £25 will be charged.
- In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all monies already paid to Les Soeurs Anglaises will be refunded.
- Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your stay with us is safe and secure we strongly advise you take out personal travel insurance as we cannot take responsibility for injury or loss/damage to yourself or your belongings during the course of your travels or stay at Les Soeurs Anglaises.
- We strongly recommend that no travel arrangements be made until balance is paid, and confirmation received, six weeks prior to the start of the workshop.
- We apologise, but these workshops are unsuitable for those unable to climb stairs, as the bedrooms and studio are situated on the first and second floors and the house has no lift or ramps.
