Workshop: Dance
Bianca, Rojo y Negro

About Bianca and Rojo y Negro

Since 1995, Bianca has studied the art form of Argentine Tango, having visited Buenos Aires regularly, to deepen her knowledge and appreciation of the dance.

Her most profound studies were with arguably the greatest master and teacher of the Argentine Tango, Gustavo Naveira, one of the principal founders of 'Tango Nuevo' who appears in the film, “The Tango Lesson”. Over the years, Bianca has developed her own meticulously structured method of teaching Tango, informed by the wealth of her knowledge and experience in dance and other related disciplines. She has taught literally thousands of students through weekly group classes, workshops, courses, and other events under the banner of “Rojo y Negro”, her Tango school. She also teaches at the City Literary Institute and Bishopsgate Institute, as well as other dance schools, agencies and holidays both throughout the UK and abroad. She has partnered in teaching and performing many Argentine professional dancers including Federico Guerin, Diego Calarco, Mauricio Castro, Hector Villalba, Ismael Ludman, and Juan Manuel Acosta.
