cooking workshop

Louise Pickford of Come Cook in France

13th, 14th & 15th June 2019

non-residential 3 DAY event (B&B is available at Les Soeurs Anglaises on request)

With the success of both her cookery school and subsequent Pop Up dinners, Louise Pickford - food writer, stylist and owner of Come Cook in France will be leading an in-depth, 3-day cooking workshop at Les Soeurs Anglaises this summer, where food lovers can discover the delights of the culinary traditions of South West France. Louise’s food philosophy is very much about using the season’s best produce to create delicious but simple, honest dishes and she has a definite flare for pairing Asian, Middle Eastern and North African flavours with more traditional Northern European ingredients. This event though will be concentrating mainly on fresh, seasonal ingredients and cuisine that this beautiful part of France is famous for.
