Residential Workshops & Courses in South West France

We offer luxurious accommodation at the beautifully appointed maison de maître (double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, heated swimming pool, and magnificent landscaped gardens) or at charming, nearby gîtes (transport to and from the gîtes to the workshops, which take place at the maison de maître, is provided daily). And we are currently renovating one of the barns on our property to provide a larger working space as well as to accommodate up to eight people. It should be up and running by May 2010

The enchanting maison de maître, originally a C14th walnut mill, straddles a burbling stream. Set alone 300m from the nearest quiet road, the property comprises of 2 hectares of meadow and magnificent English-style gardens with many rare and beautiful plants including Paeonia rockii, roses in abundance, magnolia, wisteria and much, much more. In 1803 it was reconfigured into its current shape; and between 2000 and 2003 the whole house was refurbished, internally and externally, to an exacting and luxurious standard. There is a large, salt-water, heated swimming pool in the grounds, open between May and October.
